Community and wellbeing
We know the most important things in life happen outside of the 9 - 5, so we work with our people to ensure they make those special moments with individualised flexible working arrangements. We also recently updated our parental leave policy to offer a range of amazing extras to make life easier through the special time for new parents.
Thursdays are for free team lunches, and Friday afternoons call for a company wide update fueled by your beverage of choice and snacks prepared by a different team each week.
Social clubs
There is always something going on in and around the office, whether it be some indoor football down on the waterfront, a lunchtime rock-climbing session or a cheeky video game night. The social committee are always down for introducing new things and are masters of turning events covid-19 protocol friendly.
Long-Term Incentive plan
Our long-term incentive plan is known as the PT Share Appreciation Rights plan, and is eligible to employees once they have been with the company for 3 years. It allows eligible participants to benefit from the company’s long-term financial success.
Focus on growth
We want our people to continue to challenge themselves to be the best they can be, which is why we have time and budget specifically allocated to everyone for training and development. Everyone gets to participate in our annual Accelerate Days - a hackathon where the sky’s the limit!
